Responsibilities

• Accurately inputting and updating data into our case management system and databases.
• Organizing and maintaining electronic files and records related to legal cases.
• Ensuring data entry tasks are completed within established deadlines and quality standards.
• Collaborating with legal assistants and attorneys to gather necessary information.
• Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of data entered.
• Handling confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Adhering to data protection policies and maintaining security protocols.
• Assisting with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role.
• Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with legal terminology and case management systems (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or office management is a plus.
