Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Remote  Eu rope River Cruise Product Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves curating and managing our product portfolio of European river cruises, ensuring each journey offers a unique and memorable experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of European travel markets, river cruising, and a keen eye for detail in crafting luxurious travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a diverse portfolio of river cruise products across Europe, ensuring high quality and uniqueness.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and client preferences to inform product development and enhancements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cruise operators, local partners, and vendors to ensure excellence in service delivery.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product descriptions and promotional materials.
• Train and support sales teams on product knowledge, unique selling points, and sales techniques for the river cruise portfolio.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to continuously improve product offerings.
• Participate in travel trade shows, workshops, and networking events to promote our products and stay connected with industry developments.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulations pertaining to river cruising in Europe.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in product management, ideally within the travel industry, with a focus on European river cruises.
• Strong knowledge of European geography, culture, history, and the river cruising market.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to identify and develop unique travel experiences.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to travel as needed for product research, networking, and promotional events.
