Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Pennsylvania

Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000 per year

Location: Erie, Pennsylvania

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide high-quality, remote mental health services to clients throughout Pennsylvania. This fully remote position offers the flexibility of working from home while making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals, couples, and families in need of support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms.
• Conduct clinical assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state and agency standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed for comprehensive care.
• Support clients using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches.
• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted LCSW license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Experience providing telehealth or remote counseling services preferred.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
