Job Description

We are seeking a Remote Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Johnmaxwell Team. As a Remote Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat communication. You will engage with customers in real-time to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.To handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts and candidate must possess the skills to answer inbound chats, emails, and/or correspondence from customers and properly address inquiries.
