Rental lead generator/scheduler - in office

Description:
We are a Premier property management company in mid-Missouri seeking to add a skilled Inside Sales Clerical Associate (ISCA ) . This is a great job opportunity if you are looking for a rewarding career in real estate, property management, or sales !

Knowledge/skills:

• Experience in customer service and/or property management is preferred; good knowledge of office administration/Office management.
• Good oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Computer literacy is required.

Education and work experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year or more of customer service.
• No college degree or real estate license is required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from current tenants, prospective tenants, clients, owners, vendors, etc.
• Convert incoming inquiries to confirmed showing appointments.
• Assist prospective tenants in finding properties that best meet their needs.
• Collect rent and properly organize rent payments.
• Answer basic questions regarding maintenance, property issues, leasing, etc.
• Take detailed messages for agents and property managers.
• Will work with multiple databases, including Chime, Showing Time, FlexMLS, and Appfolio.
• Communicate effectively via phone, email, and/or in person.
• Remain knowledgeable of all homes on the market.
• Overcome obstacles closing a sale.
• Responsible for showing rental homes to prospective tenants.
• Assist in general office work/tasks.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must have a reliable vehicle.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends.
• Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Must be able to maintain a professional appearance.
• Must be able to work independently and with a team.
• Computer literacy is required.
