Residential Construction Estimator

A well-known, stable home builder is looking to add a Residential Construction Estimator to their growing team!

Residential Construction Estimator Core Responsibilities Include:

* Responsible for developing accurate and complete job estimates.
* Obtains bids from vendors and subcontractors by specifying materials; identifying qualified subcontractors; negotiating prices.
* Maintains cost keys and price masters by updating information.
* Resolves cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
* Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Residential Construction Estimator Skills and Qualifications:

* 3+ years of Estimating Experience within residential construction
* Knowledge of various estimating software
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to meet deadlines
