Travel and Leisure Co. is proud to announce our 2026 Summer Internship Program at our Corporate Office in Orlando, Florida.  As a Resort Renovation Interior Design intern , you will work through all aspects of the design process as they complete a slated design project.  The design will be presented to the resort for approval. All aspects of the design process will be implemented and the final documents utilized to renovate the space/location.

In addition to the firsthand experience, the program features team projects, direct senior leadership exposure, and mentorship.  We are committed to providing a comprehensive experience with real-world training.  Our goal is to provide a quality internship while identifying future talent/leaders.

How You’ll Shine:

  • Create a digital design presentation to be presented to and approved by the internal Strategic Development Team, Resort Management, Operations VP or RVP, and the Resort’s Board of Directors.
  • Develop and write FF&E specifications
  • FF&E budget management
  • ID drawing set created in Revit

What You’ll Bring :

  • Rising Junior or Senior studying Interior Design within an accredited design program
  • Revit experience
  • Ability to commit to the program beginning in May 2026 in Orlando Florida
  • Work in the Orlando corporate office M,T,W and be remote TH,F
