Job Summary

As a Retail Associate, you’ll be the friendly face that helps customers discover our delicious treats. You’ll assist with customer service, operate the register, keep the store looking great, and support your team to ensure smooth operations. This role is perfect for a responsible, enthusiastic student looking for a fun, flexible part-time job after school and on weekends.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales:

• Greet customers with a smile and assist them with their selections.
• Share the story behind The Caramel Tree and help customers find their new favorite treat.
• Offer samples and naturally encourage add-on sales in a friendly way.

Store Upkeep & Operations:

• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Restock shelves and maintain product displays.
• Help prepare caramel treats for display and packaging.

Transaction Handling:

• Operate the register accurately and process payments.
• Handle cash and credit transactions responsibly.

Teamwork & Flexibility:

• Work closely with other team members to keep things running smoothly.
• Be available to work after school, evenings, and weekends , with flexibility for special events and peak seasons.
