Our company is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Multi-Property Revenue Manager to join our team. Excellent opportunity for skilled candidates who strives to be part of a high energy team.  Seeking candidates with background within the hotel industry. This position will be responsible for successfully leading all revenue management efforts for multiple hotels.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

 

  • Develop and implement specific strategies to meet and exceed goals in the areas of revenue generation and market share performance for assigned hotels
  • Controls room rates and availability in accordance with established guidelines to maximize occupancy and revenues
  • Manage inventory for the hotels to maximize revenues
  • Develop overall pricing strategy to include all market segments and distribution channels
  • Produce forecasts and budgets for assigned properties in a day-by- day format
  • Initiate short- and long-term revenue forecasts and generate weekly and monthly critiques, identifying areas of opportunity and strategies to improve revenue and overall profitability
  • Review and analyze STR data
  • Communicate strategic vision and objectives to entire teams on how to drive revenues and improve performance
  • Produce and present weekly revenue strategy meetings and/or calls, as needed
  • Ensure that all rate plans are built in accordance with established guidelines
  • Manage current selling strategies and product information in all available distribution channels, reservations, third party reservations providers, call center, websites, and PMS.
  • Partner with Sales team to evaluate business and provide analysis for daily business reviews as needed.
  • Subject matter expert and revenue management related software including but not limited to: Global Distribution Systems, Booking Engine, Property Management System, Online Travel Agents, and Wholesale Platforms
  • Manage business relationships with aforementioned software partners

 

Requirements include but are not limited to the following:

 

  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • Must have minimum 3 years senior multi-property revenue management experience
  • Experience with Maestro, Opera and Duetto a plus
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills
  • Proven leadership skills in supporting teams to consistently attain performance goals
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels
  • Be a highly motivated and enthusiastic leader
