**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a courteous and efficient R.O. Bellman to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include assisting guests with luggage, providing information about the hotel and local area, and ensuring guest satisfaction during their stay.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving heavy items
- Knowledge of the hotel facilities and services
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred

**Responsibilities:**
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with luggage to and from their rooms
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby and entrance area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

**Additional Requirements:**
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Multilingual skills are a plus
