A baby experienced rota nanny is sought for a family based in California, US, with a new baby due at the end of November.
You will be working as part of a team, doing shifts alongside a maternity nurse during the first 3-4 months to ensure a routine is established.
This role involves working one week on and one week off for the first year, then transitioning to two weeks on and two weeks off.
Candidates must hold a US passport or Green Card and have experience with babies, toddlers, and preschoolers.
A degree in early childhood education or the highest level of cache is essential as well as having long term 24/7 rota/live in experience.
A strong ability to work as part of a team is essential.
Role to commence mid November in preparation for the baby’s arrival at the end November.
Prior to the new baby’s arrival, you will be working with other team members to plan and set up the baby’s room including ordering supplies.
You will be working shifts with the maternity nurse to establish a routine for the baby and t raining will be provided by the maternity nurse .
Accommodation will be provided while on duty and flights to and from the family home are covered.
Substantial worldwide travel will be required as the baby gets older.
