Your Thrilling Mission:

  • Clockwork Precision: Ensure cargo is picked up and delivered from specific locations to our valued customers on time.
  • Route Mastery: Use GPS or other mapping software to chart and follow the most efficient routes for deliveries.
  • Clear Communication: Maintain open lines with customers and dispatchers, providing real-time delivery updates and promptly addressing any issues or customer concerns.
  • Safety First: Adhere to all traffic laws, secure cargo during transport, and use appropriate safety gear.
  • Customer Requirements: Ensure each delivery meets the unique needs of each customer, maintaining their trust and confidence.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Answer questions, handle complaints, and guarantee customer satisfaction with every interaction.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate quick thinking and problem-solving abilities when faced with unexpected hurdles like traffic jams or incorrect addresses.

Opportunity Details:

  • Required vehicle: Minivan
  • Coverage area: Central Indiana ; route may involve considerable mileage
  • Availability: Monday to Friday, 6:30AM - 5PM/6PM, depending on the route
  • Compensation: Average $780 - $1,100/week, depending on the route

Requirements

As an industry leader, maintaining a fleet of professional drivers is a top priority for us. You, as a qualified applicant, must own a large SUV or larger vehicle that can pass a multi-point inspection. Additionally, you should be at least 21 years of age and possess a smartphone capable of running our driver app. It is essential that you have a valid driver's license and commercial insurance coverage, with a minimum of $300,000 combined single limit liability. Moreover, you will need to pass a comprehensive driver screening, which includes a review of your driving history, criminal background check, and a substance abuse screening. Finally, you should have the ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs., with or without an assistive device, as our independent contract drivers are responsible for handling and possibly sorting cargo.
