Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with a minimum of 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading and delivering enterprise IT projects. The candidate should be an innovative professional with a proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems to increase customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Program Level Solution Architect managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Lead AI implementation in our Salesforce Org, using Agents, prompt builder, Einsteing and Slack.
- Prepare and define roadmaps for 12+ month efforts and work with the team to accomplish assigned features/tasks.
- Interact directly with stakeholders and senior executives in Security, Internal Audit, SOX, and Legal.
- Work within Onshore-Offshore models, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within constraints.
- Deliver workable prototypes in Salesforce Sandbox, where the development team can expand their use and implement them in additional use cases. Work within Onshore-Offshore models, ensuring all projects are deliver
