Summary:
As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you'll be part of a team delivering enterprise cloud technology solutions on the Salesforce platform. You'll wear many hats, leading discovery and requirements sessions, configuring Salesforce, supporting testing, enabling end users through training, and providing post-deployment support.
In this role, you'll work alongside Solution Architects and Technical Architects to design, develop, and deploy large-scale enterprise solutions while continuing to grow your skill set and business acumen.

Responsibilities:
Lead discovery and requirements refinement sessions to understand customers' business, functional, and technical requirements.
Synthesize requirements into clear, comprehensive user stories and solution design documentation.
Perform fit-gap analysis between standard Salesforce functionality and client requirements.
Design scalable, elegant Salesforce solutions primarily through configuration (and managed packages), including complex data models, external integrations, business process automation, and other custom functionality.
Draft specifications for custom development and coordinate with Development resources on delivery and testing of the functionality.
Iterate on solutions through a Build/Test/Review cycle with the customer Product Owner and project team.
Develop training curriculum and deliver training sessions to end users to drive adoption of the solution.
Partner with the Delivery Director to help keep projects aligned to scope, budget, and timeline expectations.
Qualifications:
3+ years of Salesforce administration or consulting experience in roles involving project coordination, business analysis, or light project management; Salesforce Administrator certification required (Salesforce Business Analyst certification preferred).
Experience defining business processes, gathering and refining Salesforce requirements across multiple stakeholders and workstreams, and writing user stories.
Proven ability to support Salesforce deployments, including data migrations, third-party integrations, and configuration across B2B, B2C, or hybrid models.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting (e.g., Salesforce Reports and Dashboards), and presenting insights clearly and accurately.
Comfortable using Salesforce and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace), with a track record of identifying and automating manual processes to improve efficiency.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively, influence stakeholders, and mentor junior team members.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, stay organized, manage competing priorities, and execute administrative and operational tasks with high attention to detail.
Adaptable, continuous learner with experience contributing to successful projects involving multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and evolving business needs.

The actual compensation offered will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, education, work location, and internal equity.
In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, commissions, or other incentive programs, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, etc.
Estimated Compensation Range: $100,000 $120,000 per year (depending on experience and location).
