Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager III to oversee large-scale and complex projects from inception to delivery. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of project operations ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards. This role involves working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders to drive project success.

Responsibilities:

• Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing projects, monitoring progress and performance to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate and manage the analysis of project requirements, including cost estimates, resource allocation, and time requirements.
• Identify, resolve, or escalate issues to minimize project delays and ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify and establish project priorities, allocate tasks, and coordinate project staff to meet project targets and milestones.
• Ensure the project is delivered to the internal and/or external client's satisfaction by meeting all project goals and requirements within the established parameters.
• Create and update project plans and RAID logs for in-flight projects, ensuring all project documentation is maintained accurately.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing large scale and complex projects in a related field.
• Experience with IVR deployments, Chat deployments, or both preferred.
• Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
• Strong understanding of Genesys Cloud, Salesforce as a CRM, or both preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with technology teams and multiple lines of business.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• High level of agency and ability to self-start and raise issues/blockers as they arise.
• Ability to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.

Pay Range: $45.00 - $53.00 Hourly This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
