Our client is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager III to oversee large-scale and complex projects within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IVR and Chat deployments, with a preference for experience in Genesys Cloud and Salesforce CRM platforms. This role will require excellent coordination and communication skills to manage technology teams and multiple business lines effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for project completion, monitoring progress and performance to anticipate and address any issues.
• Facilitate and manage the detailed analysis of project requirements, including cost estimates, resource allocation, and time management to meet project objectives.
• Act as the primary liaison across various organizational departments to secure specialized resources and contributions essential for project success.
• Conduct regular project meetings and prepare comprehensive reports to communicate the status of the project to both the project team and external stakeholders.
• Identify, establish, and manage project priorities, allocate tasks, and coordinate project staff to meet project targets and milestones.
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans and RAID logs, to ensure all project details are accurately recorded and communicated.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing large-scale and complex projects, particularly in IVR and Chat deployments.
• Experience with Genesys Cloud and Salesforce CRM platforms is highly preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technology teams and multiple lines of business to drive project success.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead project teams and interact with stakeholders.
• High level of agency with the capability to self-start and proactively address issues as they arise.
• Proficiency in creating and updating project management documents such as project plans and RAID logs.
• Experience in facilitating project meetings and delivering clear and concise project reports.
• Ability to identify and resolve project issues effectively and escalate them when necessary.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

Pay Range: $45.00 - $53.00 Hourly This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
