Job Duties:

• Creating articles - Tractor Supply Company (TSC) business needs new article creation every day. Use transaction codes to create articles and perform article maintenance on a day to day basis.
• Attaching vendors to articles - Attaching single or multiple vendors to the single or multiple articles once the articles are created.
• Vendor Master changes - Business needs the vendor data to be changed at times. Candidate should modify vendor Master data using the necessary T-codes.
• Article master changes - Candidate should be well versed with the required process to change the Article Master on a single or Multiple Articles using necessary T-codes.
• Site Master Changes and Creation of Sites - TSC needs creation and maintenance of new sites like Retail stores and Distribution centers. Candidate should perform all site maintenance activities.
• Pricing - Create and maintain Retail price, promo price and bonus buys for Articles based on business requirements.
• Creating PO's for vendors - TSC needs candidate to create purchase orders for the vendors identified based on the purchase requisition and quotation.
• Creating STO's (Stock transfer orders) - Stock transfer orders need to be created on a day to day basis to move the inventory from the Distribution canter to the Retail stores across the country.
• Documentation of processes - Should maintain proper documentation on the processes followed for each and every change to the Master data.
• Communication with QA and other teams - Communicate with the testing team and other teams for proper sign off.
• Unit testing, Integration testing - Perform Unit testing, integration testing and documents the testing results.
• Creation of Delivery Order - Create inbound delivery and outbound delivery for purchase orders and Sales Orders.
• Creation of Good Receipt - Well versed with Procure to Pay Cycle and create Good receipt from different vendors based on the purchase orders and inbound deliveries.
• Debugging Idocs - Use strong debugging skills to provide a fix and workaround for the issues faced due to Idocs.

Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
