Job Title: SAP PTP Consultant

Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & Process Design:
Work with business stakeholders to collect requirements, analyze existing processes, and design optimized Procure-to-Pay (PTP) and Materials Management (MM) solutions.
System Configuration & Customization :
Configure and customize SAP MM modules in S/4HANA, including Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, Vendor Master, and Material Master data.
Project Implementation:
Lead and manage the MM workstream in S/4HANA implementation and migration projects.
Integration:
Ensure seamless integration of MM with other SAP modules such as Sales and Distribution (SD), Financial Accounting (FI), and Warehouse Management (WM).
Testing & Support:
Develop and execute test plans, prepare test data, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-implementation support for MM processes.
Documentation & Training:
Prepare detailed documentation, functional specifications, and train end-users on S/4HANA MM functionalities and best practices.
Process Expertise:
Apply expertise in core MM and PTP processes, such as Inventory Management, Material Valuation, Contracts, Outlines Agreements, and Stock Transport Orders.
Required Skills and Experience
Strong knowledge of SAP Materials Management (MM) and the SAP S/4HANA platform.
Proven experience with the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) cycle.
Familiarity with SAP MM configuration, including Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, and Vendor Master data.
Experience with S/4HANA-specific changes and Fiori apps related to MM.
Ability to document requirements, create functional specifications, and develop test cases.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
