Required:
Client is looking for a consultant with total 10+ years of experience in SAP Service Management
Consultant should be good at warranty / Whole unit exchange / Whole unit repair / Service notification / Service order process including SAP configuration .
Advanced knowledge on - Notification, Service orders, Warranty and billing.
Expert knowledge on Contracts -Value/Quantity/Service.
Worked on revenue recognition.
Hands on experience DIP profiles and Resource related billing.
Repair order process.
Customer service master data - Equipment master, warranty master, functional location, counters etc.
Advanced knowledge on - Notification, Service orders, Warranty and billing
Expert knowledge on Contracts -Value/Quantity/Service
Knowledge on Idocs.
Must be deliver the object with help of technical team with minimum support
Having a OTC skill is a plus at least manage the concepts / high level configuration.
Knowledge and understand Service management in depth & has worked on integration with Oracle Service Cloud, equipment master, serial numbers, process like regular whole unit repair, regular exchange process, advance exchange process, before repair, integration services to connect with SD, service integration with warehouse management.
Experience working on various Service contract like how service contract is integrated with SD, how service contract is created form billing documents, Subscription contract etc.
Good Communication/Interaction skills
