Occupational Therapist (Part-Time, School-Based) – 2025–2026 School Year – In-Person

Ampersand Therapy, a women- and therapist-founded and run company, is hiring Occupational Therapists (OTs) for the 2025–2026 school year. We offer positions, serving school districts with meaningful caseloads tailored to district needs.

Position Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Location: In-person, school-based position
• Schedule: Part-time- 12 hours per week! Any days and windows work to get the hours in between 9-3:30 PM!
• Service Area: Student evaluations, treatment sessions, IEP development, and team collaboration

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and deliver direct treatment in school settings
• Complete IEPs and all required documentation timely and accurately
• Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and other school staff
• Maintain compliance with district and state guidelines for school-based therapy

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Idaho State Occupational Therapy License required
• Experience working in schools preferred but not required
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Passion for serving students and advocating for their needs
