Job Title: SCM Data Analyst

Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ months

Term: Fulltime

Job Description:

• 5+ years of experience working with data on activities such as data profiling, data quality assessment and awareness of metadata
• Strong Communication Skills & Ability to drive things : This is not for the mute participants who are order takers. This role will require engaging multiple stakeholders and bringing them to a consensus on various topics. Should be high on initiative
• Know source systems such as SAP, TMS, WMS, Blue Yonder, TPM systems. This includes table knowledge, column names, KPI definitions

Candidate should be able to perform below tasks :

• Engage with business stakeholder on KPI definition (take industry standard definition, bring them to an agreement)
• Pull data using SQL from the respective systems and profile them
• Data Quality : See if the data exists for the required time period, has the required columns, in the expected format. Test the data against all dimensions of data quality
• If there are Data Quality gaps, candidate has to create a remediation plan and ask the data owner to get it fixed. Follow up on remediation plan, update stakeholders on progress
• Use Informatica Cataloguing tool to enter the definitions, context of the KPI, data into the tool (this can be learnt on the job)
