Eskimo Joe's Promotional Products Group is seeking a skilled and motivated Screen Printing Associate to be a part of our vibrant team. If you're ready to take on the challenge of the t-shirt screen printing process, working with state-of-the-art automatic screen printing machines, and contribute to the creation of branded products that captivate audiences across the nation, then this opportunity is for you! 

Prior screen printing experience is a plus, but not required.

Position Highlights:

As our Screen Printing Associate, you'll be the driving force behind the entire screen printing process. From setting up print jobs on the presses to loading and pulling on the automatic machines, your role is crucial in ensuring our products meet the highest standards. Embrace quality control at the end of the process, showcasing your attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-notch products. This position is perfect for those who take initiative and have a hunger for learning and growth.

*This job involves repetitive tasks and it is important that each team-member maintains focus. 

This is a full-time position weekdays from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Job Skills and Requirements:

• Punctuality and reliability.
• Ability to meet daily and weekly production goals.
• Consistency and meticulous attention to detail in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks involving automated equipment.
• Eagerness to learn and openness to cross-training in multiple departments.
• Reporting defects, misprints, and faults promptly to supervisors and managers.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Teamwork mentality and excellent communication skills.
• Stamina for standing and walking for 8+ hours.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, grab, and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Proficient in accurately distinguishing between colors
• Must possess the ability to thrive in a dynamic warehouse environment where temperatures may vary.

All team members are required to utilize direct deposit to receive their paycheck.
