Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Scrum Master to join our team in Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our client's divestiture project, overseeing the separation of multiple applications including SAP, Salesforce, Workday, websites, e-commerce, Windchill, Jaegger as well as some cyber security. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile practices, ensure the team adheres to Scrum principles, and support the successful delivery of project goals.

6-12 month contract

Primarily Remote - Potential onsite near Sheboygan, WI once a month or less

Responsibilities

Facilitate daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
Ensure the team is self-organizing, removing impediments to progress
Guide and coach the Scrum on Agile principles and best practices
Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement migration strategies
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team
Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders
Provide support during the divestiture process, ensuring seamless separation of applications

Requirements

Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a large-scale divestiture or separation project
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
Excellent facilitation, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Scrum Master certification a plus (CSM, PSM)
