Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Scrum Master to join our team in Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our client's divestiture project, overseeing the separation of multiple applications including SAP, Salesforce, Workday, websites, e-commerce, Windchill, Jaegger as well as some cyber security. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile practices, ensure the team adheres to Scrum principles, and support the successful delivery of project goals.

6-12 month contract

Primarily Remote - Potential onsite near Sheboygan, WI once a month or less

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
• Ensure the team is self-organizing, removing impediments to progress
• Guide and coach the Scrum on Agile principles and best practices
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement migration strategies
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders
• Provide support during the divestiture process, ensuring seamless separation of applications

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a large-scale divestiture or separation project
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
• Excellent facilitation, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Scrum Master certification a plus (CSM, PSM)
