Senior Assistant General Manager

Glencoe Management is searching for passionate, career-minded Assistant Managers wanting advancement and the recognition they deserve.

Qualified candidates will be fast-tracked and run their own restaurant in as little as 90 days.

Qualified individuals will possess the following:

Responsibilities:

Ability to lead, motivate, and empower your team
Ability to manage daily tasks, the restaurant’s team, and overall operations
Train and develop your team to ensure a customer centric environment
Ensure the team completes their assigned duties while adhering to all company policies and procedures
Ensures the maintenance, cleanliness, and sanitary conditions of the restaurant
Handles guest relations

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least (2) years in a supervisory role, with (1) year specific to the quick service food industry
Possess excellent verbal and written skills including general computer skills
On occasion, you may be required to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to fifty pounds; kneel, bend or stoop, ascend or descend stairs; reach and grasp objects
