Senior Assistant General Manager

Qualified candidates will be fast-tracked and run their own restaurant in as little as 90 days.

Qualified individuals will possess the following:

Responsibilities:

•  Ability to lead, motivate, and empower your team
• Ability to manage daily tasks, the restaurant’s team, and overall operations
• Train and develop your team to ensure a customer centric environment
• Ensure the team completes their assigned duties while adhering to all company policies and procedures
• Ensures the maintenance, cleanliness, and sanitary conditions of the restaurant
• Handles guest relations

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least (2) years in a supervisory role, with (1) year specific to the quick service food industry
• Possess excellent verbal and written skills including general computer skills
• On occasion, you may be required to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to fifty pounds; kneel, bend or stoop, ascend or descend stairs; reach and grasp objects
