Job Summary
We seek an innovative and highly skilled Data Architect to take ownership of our comprehensive data architecture. This role is crucial in shaping our data systems' logical and physical layers, ensuring seamless integration and scalability. You will manage and enhance our data warehouse, production operation data, and core data assets, aligning them with strategic business needs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product and Data Analytics, you'll also lead the Data Engineering team and drive data governance and security initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

• Data Architecture Leadership: Design and optimize data architectures to ensure high performance, scalability, and security. Develop and maintain data models and schemas for current and future needs.
• Data Warehouse & Production Operations: Oversee and improve the data warehouse and production operation databases. Ensure efficient data integration, storage, and retrieval while maintaining data quality and security.
• Data Security & Governance: Develop and enforce data security frameworks and governance policies. Collaborate with Architect and Security teams to implement advanced security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaboration: Partner with the Product Team and Data Analytics to create data solutions that enhance product capabilities and support decision-making.

Requirements

Core Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Architect, Principal DBA or in a similar role, with a strong focus on designing and optimizing logical and physical data architectures.
• Extensive experience managing data warehousing , ETL processes, and database management systems.
• Expertise in data security frameworks , including encryption standards and access control protocols.
• Proficiency in c loud-based data platform - AWS , SQL/NoSQL databases, and data modeling tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple departments.
• Good English communication

Preferred Requirements:

• Familiarity with advanced data tools, platforms, and frameworks that support AI and big data initiatives.

• Experience working with SaaS products and/or within a product-focused environment.

• Knowledge of big data technologies and frameworks.
