Job Description

We are seeking a creative problem-solver with great people skills for a Senior Finance Associate, Impact Investing opening at a Leading Alternative Investments Firm.   • The team’s main focus centers around investing in Health, Education & Workforce, and Sustainability investments, and the role’s main responsibilities include: collaborating with 3rd party admins on quarterly reporting and annual audits; working with the tax team, and preparing annual tax basis book for complex investment transactions (e.g., cash flow management, capital calls, cash / stock distributions); supporting the deals team by supporting valuations and preparing data for partner presentations; responding to requests from LPs and their representatives; working with Investor Relations for presentations, website info, and fundraising documents; and other interesting projects driven by the Impact Investing team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (required)
  • 2+ years of public accounting experience – may come from audit, accounting, or tax (life sciences or alternative investments clients is plus)
  • CPA (preferred, but not required)
