Job Description

The Senior IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT talent to meet the evolving needs of our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the IT landscape, advanced recruitment techniques, and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in IT recruitment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referral programs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies and market trends.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication, providing feedback, and managing expectations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure hiring strategies' effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of IT recruitment experience, focusing on mid-to-senior level positions.
  • Proven experience with various sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting, Boolean searches, and leveraging professional networks.
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry and technology roles, including software development, systems engineering, cybersecurity, and data science.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and hiring managers.
