Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our team remotely. This role involves collaborating closely with BT leaders and providing Agile coaching expertise. While a technical background is not required, Agile coaching experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities:

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
- Coach and mentor Agile teams in adopting and implementing Agile practices.
- Collaborate with Business Technology (BT) leaders to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
- Remove impediments and promote problem-solving within the team.
- Monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Act as a servant leader and advocate for Agile methodologies within the organization.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Agile coaching certification (e.g., CSM, CSP, PSM) preferred but not required.
