Roles & Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our team and lead our agile initiatives! In this role, you will collaborate closely with our leadership team and facilitate scrum processes to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

- Guiding and mentoring teams in agile methodologies and best practices.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance project transparency and communication.
- Fostering a positive team environment and encouraging continuous improvement.
- Assisting in the development of project timelines and ensuring milestones are met.

While technical expertise is not required, a background in Agile coaching is a valuable asset. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about helping teams thrive and dedicated to fostering a culture of agility and collaboration.

Salary: $ 40,000.00 140,000.00 Per Year
