Skills and Responsibilities:

• Executeand own the day-to-day management ofsocial media campaigns on behalf of clients supporting content creation and engagement recommendations

• Write compelling quality social copy that engages

• Manage online communities

• Ideate and create quality error free work on multiple social and digital channels

• Proven ability to lead projects from planning tocompletion with precision time management whilemaintaininghigh-quality outcomes.

• Measuresuccess on each platform sharing actionable insights with your account teams and clients

• Lead client callspresenting updates andcontributing to proactiveand positivecommunications

• Excellent communication and presentation skillsdemonstratingan ability to be engaging and simplify complexconcepts

• Work with the PR teams to uncover opportunities toprovideadditionalservices to clientsexpanding
  digitalengagement

• Support new business and current client research efforts through social listening tools

• Utilize our digital tech stack to work smarter and measure performance

• Forge relationships with the Agencys digital colleagues in the US Asia and Europe

• Stay current onpromote and evangelize integrateddigitalbest practices across the Agency including new channels and strategiesthat keep us ahead of the curve

• Work with creative to craft visual stories we can tell on social media

• Track the effectiveness of social media posts campaigns and creative then recommend optimizations

• Collaborate across the agency to producegood work!

Functional Expertise

• Firm understanding ofsocial media best practices particularlythoseapplicable tothe platforms mostrelevant to our B2B Tech clients (hint: LinkedIn)

• Developcontent platform andcampaignstrategies based onspecificobjectives and content needsof individual clients

• Ability to pinch hit as a copywriterand recognize thatcompelling contentisntriddled with showy adjectives and adverbs

• Project and account management (including ability to prioritize)

• Understandingof the following a plus:

• Dataanalytics and supporting tools like Google Analytics

• Paid social campaign management and execution

• Social media management and listening platforms like Sprout Social Agility Hootsuite etc.

• SEO SEM PPC and other acronyms that fall under the digital umbrella

• Marketing automation platforms like HubSpot and/or Marketo is also a plus

Qualifications

• B achelors degree in business PR/Advertising Communications Journalism or Liberal Arts

• 2-4years of public relations experience (agency experience is preferred)

• Report into one of our office locations (Boston Portland or San Jose)

• Constantly thinking about social media and how our brands can communicate on these platforms

• Thirst for learning about technology social media and marketing

• Cultivate teamwork and a mentality that the teams success is everyones success

• knack for taking complex information and reshaping it so others can understand it

• Can problem-solveand loves a challenge

• Has a sense of humor(required)

This roles internal title will be Digital Senior Account Executive with a competitive benefits package and salary range of $64000 - $72000 depending on experience and location. We will contact all shortlisted candidates.
