Lead user acquisition campaigns for games with a primary focus on ad monetization.
Develop and execute strategies specifically for iOS and Android platforms to enhance ad monetization.
Manage, optimize and scale in KPI campaigns across key ad networks including Facebook, Applovin, Unity, and Google Ads.
Leverage additional ad networks like ASA, Mintegral, Liftoff, IronSource, TikTok, and others to maximize reach and efficiency.
Independently handle project management, including planning and execution.
Conducting Tech and Soft launches of new products, followed by a global launch.
Deep work with pre-install and post-install analytics (we use Tableau).
Collaboration with the Creative Manager on creative production.
At least 2 years of intensive experience in user acquisition for games with ad monetization.
Proven track record in handling UA for iOS and Android games with ad monetization in the last 2 years.
Proficiency in managing campaigns across FB, Applovin, Unity, Google Ads; experience with ASA, Mintegral, Liftoff, IronSource, TikTok is a plus.
Experience in leading a project from inception to execution, with a focus on planning and strategy.
Demonstrated ability in scaling projects from scratch to achieve significant milestones will be a plus (e.g., 1 million+ installs).
