Position Overview: The Senior Welder/Fabricator will be responsible for fabricating and constructing metal components according to specifications, ensuring safety and precision. This role requires the ability to interpret AutoCAD drawings, manuals, blueprints, and schematics to produce high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and construct metal components safely and accurately according to specifications.
• Interpret and work from AutoCAD drawings, manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Perform welding tasks using various welding techniques and equipment.
• Inspect and test welded joints and structures to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure project requirements are met.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to welding and fabrication processes.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior welders and fabricators.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a welder/fabricator, with a focus on metal fabrication.
• Proficiency in interpreting AutoCAD drawings, manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong knowledge of various welding techniques and equipment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in welding and fabrication.
