Duties - Lead and support the continued development of a highly effective and rewarded Service Team through training, experience and performance.
- Player/coach: The Service Manager is involved daily in bicycle service and assembly in addition to team coaching, management and development.
- Drive great customer care, quality, and productivity through service systems.
- Provide relationship-building customer service and education to all levels of riders.
- Be part of, and contribute to, the performance of an experienced leadership team and demonstrate commitment to our Vision, Mission and Values.
Requirements - 3+ Years working experience required in bicycle service department leadership or as a lead bicycle technician with leadership development skills.
- Demonstrate knowledge, enthusiasm and energy for our industry, team and clients.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment supporting the sale and service of 1000's of bicycles annually.
- Ability to make decisions that develop, direct and align the team and our business.
- Utilize positive energy and a business-growth mindset.
- Ability to recognize talent and develop a high-functioning team
