The Role:

Our Plumbing Service Technicians diagnose and repair issues within each customer's home. Their priority is the customer, providing options and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home.

What You'll Do:

• Perform plumbing inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and installations for residential clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as leaks, clogs, and faulty plumbing systems.
• Install and repair water heaters, faucets, garbage disposals, and other plumbing fixtures.
• Provide accurate estimates for services and explain repairs to customers clearly.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service vehicles and tools.
• Offer exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Adhere to all safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.
• Valid plumbing license
• Minimum 2 years of residential plumbing experience.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation, and maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve plumbing issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Clean driving record and background check.
