"• Design, develop, and implement custom applications and enhancements on the ServiceNow platform.• Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules including Incident, Request, and CMDB.
• Build and configure Service Catalog items, workflows, and custom forms to meet business requirements.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external and internal on prem systems using REST and SOAP integrations.
• Install and maintain mid servers.
• Write and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable JavaScript code including client scripts, business rules, script includes, and UI actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC best practices and governance standards throughout development lifecycle.
• Maintain documentation for technical designs, configurations, and procedures.
• Provide support for existing ServiceNow applications, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery."
