Requirements

• The Spark Driver app is available on both iOS and Android mobile devices. We recommend using iOS 11 and newer or Android 5.0 and newer. Additionally, all devices should have a camera with GPS.
• You must be 18 years of age or older to complete deliveries on the Spark Driver platform.
• A clean, smoke-free vehicle
• Valid proof of auto insurance
• Valid driver's license
• Be authorized to perform services as an independent contractor in the U.S.

Want to better match your offers with your vehicle capacity? You can add your vehicle capacity in the app. Plus, you can accept offers for heavy and bulky items and earn more.

Walmart may suspend or deactivate your Spark App account if you fail to maintain your eligibility to provide Services using the Spark App. Eligibility requires you to:

• Be age 18 or older;
• Provide your true and accurate name, phone number, email address, mailing address, and Social Security number;
• Be authorized to perform services as an independent contractor in the U.S.;
• Have an unexpired, valid driver’s license in you name issued by a state in the U.S;
• Verify your identity using a driver's license (as described above) and a selfie;
• Have a mobile phone number with the U.S. country code +1 followed by ten digits;
• Provide proof of valid auto insurance for the Vehicle you’ll use, which includes: your name, expiration date, and Vehicle information;
• Have a clean and reliable Vehicle; and
• Have a mobile Device with camera and GPS capabilities.

Background screening may be conducted, including motor vehicle records and criminal background checks; reviews will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws.

If you’re ready to enroll on the Spark Driver platform, please have the following available:

• Home address (P.O. Box is not acceptable)
• U.S. Driver's license (not including Puerto Rico)
• An image of your current auto insurance policy card which includes: your name, expiration date, and vehicle information.
• Your full Social Security Number (SSN)

Once you are approved to use the Spark Driver app, to protect your account, you will be asked to authenticate your identity by using a driver’s license and taking a selfie.
