Are you a compassionate and skilled Speech‑Language Pathologist prepared to help students in Brooklyn unlock their communication potential? Knowledge Road is looking for a part‑time Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to become part of our team and deliver essential support to students in NYC Department of Education (DOE) schools. With a severe city‑wide shortage of related service providers, your expertise is urgently required to assist students overcome communication barriers and reach academic success. This is a chance to make a lasting impact, working with students with varied communication needs in school‑based settings.
As an SLP with Knowledge Road, you will enjoy the autonomy to provide individualized therapy using evidence‑based practices, partnering collaboratively with school teams and families to advance student communication development.
This is a part‑time, school‑day or after‑school position in Brooklyn with a schedule that aligns with the NYC DOE calendar. You will provide services on‑site at one or more schools in Queens, with assignments determined by student needs. Hours per week are based on IESP/IEP mandates; caseload may fluctuate by assignment. Typically ~5‑15 hours per week depending on placements.
This 1099 contractor role offers a tiered hourly rate based on group size from $75–$180/hr.
