Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Sports Manager for our client in Ventura, CA. This is an opportunity to join a mission-driven organization dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual disabilities through inclusive sports and community programming.

• Location: Ventura, CA (100% Onsite)
• Pay: $60,000 – $66,00 annually + Full Benefits
• Shifts Available: Full-Time | Occasional evenings, weekends, and travel required

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and grow regional Special Olympics sports programs and Unified Champion Schools
• Lead seasonal sporting events, volunteer teams, and community outreach
• Collaborate with schools, civic organizations, and local sports partners
• Coordinate coach education, competition planning, and athlete recruitment
• Track participation data and oversee program budgets and logistics

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Recreation, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in education, youth programs, or sports administration
• Strong organizational, leadership, and public speaking skills
• Ability to work with diverse communities and manage multiple priorities
• Valid CA driver’s license, clean background, and flexible schedule availability
