• Our tech stack currently is Snowflake, AirByte, DBT, AirFlow, PlanetScale (Vitess MySQL). Now, this is not a standard request. What I mean by that is we need not just a Sr. Data Engineer. We need an absolute boss who bends metal with his mind, walks on water guru of Snowflake Data Engineer who could impress the creators of Snowflake. Not someone who simply "has experience" or even "a lot of experience".

Basic qualifications

• Seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer with deep expertise in Snowflake and a proven ability to design and optimize complex data architectures.
• Must possess mastery of modern data engineering tools, including AirByte, DBT, AirFlow, and PlanetScale (Vitess MySQL), with the ability to push these technologies to their limits.
• Beyond extensive experience, this role demands a true innovator-someone who can architect, optimize, and scale Snowflake environments at an elite level.
• Requires a strategic thinker who can lead data initiatives, solve intricate challenges, and drive performance improvements that set new industry standards.
• Ideal candidate is a visionary problem solver, capable of transforming complex data ecosystems with precision, efficiency, and technical excellence.
