Sr. Operations Specialist job at MyKelly Green Bay, WI, US

Job Description

Kelly Services partnered with a large logistics company in the Green Bay area in search of a Sr. Operations Specialist! This position is full-time, working onsite, and is temp-to-hire.
Shift: 3rd - 8pm-4:30am, Sunday-Thursday
Pay Rate: $21-$22/hour, depending on experience
*Weekly pay

Job Overview:
The Senior Operations Specialist will be accountable for working with drivers, improving day-to-day processes, increasing business efficiencies and completing administrative processes. The Senior Operations Specialist will accomplish this work through using tracking systems and working with other team members.

Responsibilities:

Assign freight to company drivers.
Ensure optimal use of driver capacity.
Provide feedback to leaders about challenges related to capacity and customers.
Work closely with drivers and customers to solve issues that arise.

Requirements:

2 years of related office professional experience
High School Diploma or GED
Logistics experience is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
Have strong written and oral communication skills
