Salary: $ 192500.00

We have partnered with a financial company in the New York NY area to provide them with a Staff Attorney. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.

Prioritized must haves for the Staff Attorney:

#1. Law (J.D.) degree. Membership in the New York State Bar.

#2. 3 years of experience preferably in a law firm or comparable inhouse experience.

#3. Experience as a transactional attorney required.

#4. Experience in the areas of asset management and banking regulation preferred.

Requirements for the Staff Attorney:

• A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active membership in the New York State Bar.
• At least three years of professional experience ideally within a legal firm or an equivalent inhouse role.
• Proficiency in transactional law is essential with exposure to asset management and banking regulations considered a strong advantage.
• Skilled in reviewing drafting and negotiating intricate legal agreements.

Other Key Requirements:

• Onsite role
• No sponsorships or visa holders. No CorptoCorp.
