About the job
Under the supervision of Staff Services Manager I, the Staff Services Analyst (SSA) – Listos California Analyst will perform various entry-level functions related to the administration of the Listos California program; a community-based approach to disaster preparedness, response, recovery, mitigation, and homeland security focused on reaching vulnerable populations in California. 

The Listos California Analyst will also work on a team to assist in the development and implementation of a strategic plan for ensuring Cal OES’s programs and interactions are based on a culture of equity, diversity, and inclusion.  This position may require travel for conferences, summits, and grantee events.

  • Listos California Program Administrative Support.
  • Listos California Program Outreach and Coordination.
  • Strategic Planning – Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
  • Cross Coordination with other Cal OES programs – Listos California Partners, Community-Based Organizations, Non-Governmental Organizations, Tribal Nations, as well as federal, state, and local governments.
