Responsible for cleaning and decontaminating medical equipment and supplies, preparing sterile procedure trays and equipment utilizing the principles of sterilization. Knowledge of utilization of sterilizing modalities and sterilizer functionality. Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a pleasant decorum. Assumes responsibility and accountability at all times for quality performance deliverable on a consistent basis. Ability to demonstrate learning that is sustainable in all activities. Must have good critical thinking skills, the ability to prioritize and function independently. Computer skills highly preferred.
