About the job
Seeking an entry level Supply Chain Coordinator to support the end-to-end flow of materials, products, inventory and data to ensure timely and compliant delivery of products to customers and distribution partners. This role will support the team in inventory control, production planning support, order fulfillment, and logistics activities. This role works closely with cross functional teams including quality assurance, customer service, and logistics to optimize supply chain performance, support in resolving issues, and maintain accurate documentation.



Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Supplier Support

  • Assist in creating and processing purchase orders for materials, components, and services.
  • Assist in timely communication with suppliers regarding order status, lead times, and delivery schedules.
  • Support in documentation collection, and performance tracking.

Inventory & Materials Management
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supply for production while minimizing excess.
  • Perform daily/weekly inventory checks and help reconcile discrepancies.
  • Support with material receiving and transactions within ERP systems.

Production & Planning Support
  • Coordinate cross functional teams to maintain accurate demand forecasts and production schedules.
  • Support change management for bill of materials (BOM) and item master data.

Logistics & Order Fulfillment
  • Support in preparing shipping documentation for customs release.
  • Coordinate returns, incoming quality checks, and documentation related to nonconforming materials.

Quality & Compliance
  • Ensure supply chain documentation meets quality system requirements.
  • Assist in ensuring accurate records for inventory traceability.
  • Participate in internal audits and corrective/preventive action activities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Business Operations, Engineering or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in supply chain or inventory control roles (internships a plus) – medical device industry a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP Systems a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, and eager to learn in a fast-paced regulated environment.
Additional Skills:
  • Professional experience (Internship included) with supply chain fundamentals, operations, logistics, or production planning.
  • Manufacturing or production experience – medical device industry a plus.
  • Certifications: Lean Certification (White or Yellow Belt) a plus


Salary range is $52,000- $57,000/annual USD
