Job Description

Surveyor - Construction - Base Salary to 50.00/hour - Denver, CO

• Our client is a surveying firm with a focus on our clients, including hundreds of realtors, architects, and engineers all over the state of Colorado for over 20 years. 
• They are currently looking for a Surveyor, with a focus on residential and construction surveying (50-50 split) This role is approximately 50% field work, 50% in-office (research and drafting).

Responsibilities:

• Ability to draft from field notes and take a project from "cradle to grave." This includes producing survey drawings using field data and notes to meet company standards.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must reside within 60 miles of Denver, Colorado.
• Ability to draft from field notes and take a project from "cradle to grave."
• Proficiency in CAD and Civil 3D (importing points, creating surfaces, plotting legal descriptions, general surveying knowledge).
• Experience with Trimble equipment.
• Software/Tools for Collaboration: Email, Phone, Dropbox.

Compensation:

• Base salary to 35.00 - 50.00/hour
