POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Swimming Pool Cleaner at Together Resorts, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our resort's swimming pools. The ideal candidate will have experience in pool maintenance and a keen eye for detail. You will ensure that our guests have a pleasant and hygienic swimming experience by keeping the pools sparkling clean and well-maintained.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently. Experience in pool cleaning and maintenance is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. You should be comfortable working outdoors and be able to lift and carry pool cleaning equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Regularly clean and maintain swimming pools, ensuring they meet health and safety standards
  • Test and adjust pool water chemistry, including pH levels and chlorine content
  • Vacuum pool floors and brush pool walls to remove debris and prevent algae growth
  • Clean and maintain pool filters, skimmers, and other equipment
  • Inspect pool areas for safety hazards and report any issues to management
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any concerns or questions they may have

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Physically fit and able to lift and carry pool cleaning equipment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Willingness to learn and follow established procedures for pool maintenance and safety

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Rate: $16.00 - $18.00

Schedule

  • 5 days a week with weekends required
