We are seeking a talented and experienced Spotfire Admin and Tableau Developer to administer and develop TIBCO Spotfire and Tableau solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Spotfire environment, developing interactive visualizations, and collaborating with business stakeholders to unlock insights from data. The role requires expertise in administering and optimizing both Spotfire and Tableau platforms, ensuring performance, security, and usability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Spotfire Administration & Development :
  • Administer and manage the TIBCO Spotfire environment, including user access, security, and performance tuning.
  • Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and configurations to ensure a stable and high-performing Spotfire environment.
  • Develop, design, and maintain complex data visualizations and dashboards in Spotfire to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with data analysts, business stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into Spotfire technical solutions.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users and internal teams.
  • Optimize data models and queries for improved performance and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Spotfire and coordinate with vendors for advanced support.
• Tableau Development :
  • Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards in Tableau.
  • Manage and integrate data from various sources for Tableau reporting.
  • Ensure Tableau dashboards and reports are optimized for performance.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand and translate their business requirements into Tableau dashboards' functional specifications.
  • Independently propose wireframes, designs/visualizations, and analytics with minimal supervision.
• Technical Expertise :
  • Strong knowledge of Spotfire and Tableau visualization techniques.
  • Proficient in PLSQL and SQL for data manipulation and query optimization.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications :

• Educational Background :
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience :
  • Proven experience with administering and developing on TIBCO Spotfire and Tableau platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SQL and PLSQL for data modeling and optimization.
• Technical Skills :
  • Expertise in Spotfire and Tableau.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and PLSQL.
  • Data visualization expertise with a focus on business intelligence platforms.
• Communication Skills :
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
