The CSR Supervisor Material Support provides administrative and technical support to CSR staff and supports the CSR Manager in the running of the department. The activities include coordination of staffing, continuous process improvement work and providing a high level of customer service to supply chain customers. The incumbent oversees all levels in CSR to ensure proper sterility. This position is responsible for employee selection, development and evaluation. The majority of the incumbent's time is devoted to CSR and O.R. work areas.***IAHCSMM CERT. REQ.
