Candidates must be local or willing to relocate within commuting distance of Pittsburgh PA, Cleveland OH ( Strongsville ), Dallas TX ( Farmers Branch ), Phoenix AZ, Birmingham AL Technical IT Business Systems Analyst : - Perform in-depth analysis of data within Retail Lending domain - Write detailed requirements for data solutions and system changes - Develop code solutions and business logic implementations - Work with partners to transition prototypes into production environments - Support one or multiple data domains within the Retail Business - Drive data needs through partnership with technology teams - Gather and document requirements for data solutions - Design and develop nimble data architectures - Implement business rules into production systems - Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for data changes - Participate in data quality processes and controls - Document data assets and maintain technical documentation - Complete ad hoc data requests and analyses Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) : - Experience with programming on Hadoop, Teradata, and/or Oracle platforms using SQL, Spark, and Python - Experience in retail lending operations and banking/finance industry - Experience working with relational databases, big data, unstructured data files, and ETL - Experience with automation tools such as Oozie, Slurm, Iceberg, or similar platforms - Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Elastic Stack, PowerBI) - Microsoft Excel / VBA skills - Ability to create process flows and conduct business analytics - Experience developing and maintaining both technical and process/procedural documentation - Good working understanding of Agile framework, Jira, Confluence, and Git repositories - Strong communication skills with ability to conduct in-depth technical discussions with technology partners while effectively conveying technical concepts to business stakeholders - Advanced organizational, time management, and critical thinking skills - Business acumen complemented by a technical skill set For immediate consideration, please connect with me on LinkedIn at and then email your resume, work authorization status, current location, availability, and compensation expectations directly to denis.potapenko@systemone.com - make sure to include the exact job title and job location in your email message. .
