Position: Technical Manager

Location: San Francisco/Mountain View, CA***Hybrid***

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution:
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate project activities and resources across multiple teams.
  • You need to initiate programs, monitor their progress, and introduce adjustments to improve process efficiency.
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Risk Management:
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor progress and address any issues proactively.
• Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and lessons learned.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on project status and performance metrics.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and ensure alignment on goals.
  • Foster a collaborative environment and support team members in achieving project objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business).
• Proven experience in project or program management, preferably in a technical environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong technical background and understanding of software development processes and Saas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
